Employing a specific skillset can be vital to the growth of a business particularly in this time of economic volatility. And that skillset might just be found overseas.
This workshop will cover: Post Brexit Labour Market, to include demographics of healthy economy, summary of the Migration Advisory Committee report, existing labour market shortages across broad sectors and new challenges facing UK employers. Post Brexit Home Office initiatives, to include modifications to previous immigration mechanisms, intro to the Skilled Worker Sponsorship system, expanded eligible job list, reduced minimum requirements, how to employ someone from overseas to work in the UK. Mandatory Right to Work checks for all employers. Sponsor Management System Maintenance, Compliance, and reporting, to include company appointees, HMRC and general requirements, robust HR, risk/ reward ratio and Licensing admin.
This workshop is designed for companies which are new to employing overseas workers and those that already have an existing skilled worker licence.
Attendees will go away feeling a lot more informed about the immigration route and the opportunities for their business.
