About the Pre-licence Priority Service
The Pre-licence Priority Service permits sponsors to prioritise their application for a skilled worker licence by submitting an application via email.
Eligibility
You are eligible if you have submitted a licence application by using the application registration online. Once you have registered you will be directed to login to the sponsor application page. You must complete the form and submit your accompanying documents to demonstrate that you are eligible for the licence. If you are unsure of what documents to use please contact us.
How to fast track your application
- Once you application has been accepted you will be invited to apply for the priority service.
- The priority service is open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Any requests made outside these hours will not be considered.
- A maximum of 10 priority service requests will be accepted per day which may be subject to change depending on the need.
You will be sent an email if your request has been successful and also a further email with a link to direct you to a payment page. You have 72 hours to pay the fee. If you are unable to pay within the timeframe you will be required to commence the request again.
You may not be successful for the following reasons:
- Your request is not eligible for the service
- The request has been submitted outside of the opening times.
- The allocation is full
If your request has been successful, you will get your licence considered within 10 working days after payment has been received. However, if the request is of a more complex nature it may take longer. Please bear in mind that the priority service does not guarantee success.
Due to the limited available requests being 10, the service can be over-prescribed, so it is important to get ahead. We can help you do this.
