Immigration Advice
Personal immigration services; advice shaped around your life
Immigration decisions rarely exist in isolation. They affect families, relationships, careers, and long term security. For many people, the process itself feels overwhelming — not because the rules exist, but because so much depends on getting things right.
We provide considered, regulated immigration advice to individuals and families who want clarity, confidence, and support at moments that genuinely matter.
Our Services

Peter Shannon
With over 10 years of experience, Peter is our dedicated UK immigration specialist. He has a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the process of living, working, or remaining in the UK.
Our Personal Immigration Services
Our private immigration advisers support people navigating the UK immigration system at different stages of life. Some come to us with complex histories or technical challenges. Others simply want reassurance that they are approaching an important application in the right way.
In every case, our focus is the same: to understand your circumstances properly and help you make informed decisions, not rushed ones.
We represent applications to UKVI where appropriate, but we are equally clear when an application should be delayed, re thought, or approached differently to protect your long term position.

How We Support Individuals
We advise across a wide range of personal immigration matters, including:
- Partner and family routes, where credibility, consistency, and timing are critical
- Ancestry applications, where documentation and intention can be more nuanced than expected
- Settlement and Indefinite Leave to Remain, often the most significant legal step a migrant takes
- British citizenship, where historic residence and compliance are closely examined
Rather than focusing on rules in isolation, we look at the wider picture — your immigration history, future plans, and the practical consequences of each decision.
Personalised Advice
We offer structured consultations to provide clear, personalised advice.
These discussions allow us to review your background, explain your realistic options, and advise on the safest way forward. Consultation fees reflect the depth of assessment required and are explained clearly in advance.
Supporting You
Our Way of Working

We believe good immigration advice should feel clear, calm, and proportionate.
Our work usually begins with an initial assessment to understand your circumstances, your objectives, and any concerns you may have. From there, we advise on whether an application is appropriate at this stage and what approach best protects your position.
Where we act, we guide you through the process and remain available if questions or complications arise. We do not take on matters where we believe the risk of refusal is unacceptably high.
Representation and Review
Where appropriate, we represent applications to UKVI and manage correspondence through to a decision.
For those who prefer to submit their own application, we also offer document and application review services, providing professional oversight and feedback before submission. Fees for these services are explained during consultation.
Application Risk Review – Pre‑Submission
Our pre‑submission Application Risk Review provides an independent, expert assessment of your immigration application before it is filed. We review the proposed route, application forms, and supporting evidence to identify risks, gaps, or compliance issues that could lead to delay or refusal. You will receive clear, practical guidance on how to strengthen the application and reduce risk, giving you confidence that it meets the Immigration Rules and Home Office guidance before submission.
Application Risk Review – Post‑Submission
Our post‑submission Application Risk Review is designed for applications that have already been submitted and where concerns arise about potential weaknesses or Home Office queries. We assess the application as filed, identify areas of risk, and advise on appropriate next steps, including preparing representations, responding to requests for further information, or mitigating the risk of refusal. This service provides reassurance and strategic clarity at critical stages of the decision‑making process.
Transparency on Fees
We aim to be open and fair about costs.
Advice is provided through consultation, allowing us to assess your situation properly before recommending next steps. Where we proceed, fees are agreed in advance and fixed for the defined scope of work. We are careful not to encourage unnecessary applications or services.

Client Feedback
From my first Skype meeting with Peter through to the successful visa application l was made to feel part of the process, everything was explained and l was kept informed at all times.
Even when we had difficulties, Peter showed patience and understanding, for that l will always be grateful. Obtaining. a visa for a wife and stepchild from Africa was never going to be easy but thanks to Peters help we are now very happy as a family living in the UK.
We all use, thank you, as a automatic response to a common courtesy but there are times when it means so much more, this is one of those times.
Thank you Peter, we will be always grateful for your help.
